What I collect

When you request the free 5-Minute Reset guide, I collect your first name and email address through the form on this site. I don't ask for or collect anything beyond that on this site.

How it's used

Your name and email are used to send you the guide you requested, a welcome note, and occasional emails about training, nutrition, and resources like The Inner Reset. I don't sell or rent your information to anyone, ever.

Who processes it

Email delivery is handled by Resend, the service that sends and stores my email list on my behalf. Resend acts as a processor of your information for the sole purpose of delivering these emails.

Unsubscribing

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email you receive. Unsubscribing removes you from future emails right away.

If you purchase The Inner Reset

Purchases of The Inner Reset are processed through Lemon Squeezy, a third-party checkout provider. Lemon Squeezy handles your payment information directly, I never see or store your card details.
