A guided mini-course & workbook
The Inner Reset
A gentle path back to your own soft center, to calm your mind, tend your heart, and come home to who you are.
If you're here, some part of you is tired: tired of the anxious loops that won't quiet, tired of carrying old weight that was never meant to be yours alone, tired of a voice inside you that you'd never let anyone use on someone you love. This was made for that part of you.
The Inner Reset moves in three gentle currents. You don't have to move through all of it at once. Go slowly. One section a week is more than enough.
What's inside
Three parts, at your own pace
Calm
A gentle return to your body, one small breath at a time. Five grounding techniques, an anxious-thought reframe worksheet, and a 7-day calm practice tracker.
Heal
A gentle space to tend what still aches, honor your story, and protect your peace. A letter-writing exercise to your younger self, journaling prompts, and a boundaries worksheet.
Love
Practices to rebuild your self-worth, soften your inner critic, and remember who you've always been.

Questions
Gentle answers, before you begin
Is this therapy?
No. The Inner Reset is a companion for reflection, not a substitute for therapy, diagnosis, or professional mental health care. If you're already working with a therapist or doctor, let these pages walk alongside that work, not replace it.
How long does it take?
There's no clock here. Go section by section, one a week is more than enough, and return to any page as many times as your heart asks you to.
Do I need to print it?
Not required, but writing by hand does have a way of settling the nervous system that typing doesn't. Print the pages if you're able, or keep a journal close as you move through them.
What if I'm already in therapy?
Wonderful. This guide is meant to walk alongside that work, giving you small tools and prompts to bring into your own healing, not to replace the care you're already receiving.
How do I get it after I buy?
It's delivered instantly to your inbox after checkout, so you can start whenever you're ready.
