My Story

Every part of this was lived first, before it was ever taught.

I'm Catlin. I overcame my own mental health struggles, and I built a step-by-step process using healthy tools to help you do the same, supported by fitness and nutrition. Here's how I got here.

The comeback

I fell into a deep depression. Fitness pulled me out.

Shortly after moving back from Hawaii, I fell into a deep depression. I struggled to find a way out. Fitness was there. It shed light into my life. It got me out of the darkness.

Fast forward a few years, and it has become my career. What I didn't realize at the time was that one bad thing needed to happen to lead me to my purpose. I turned my pain into purpose. I found happiness in the midst of the struggle.

“I survived what was meant to break me. I've learned to use my past to my superpower.”

— Catlin, on Instagram

There was a stretch, about a year into training, where I was so close to giving up on personal training, and honestly, on life. I wasn't going down without a fight. Thank God I'm still here. Still fighting. This comeback is stronger than ever.
